Positive: Lecco is a great location with lots to do on the lake and around and close to Milan.
Negative: Faulty door or not authorised to enter at the check-in time. No reply when stuck at the door for a long time. No extra blanket for the chilly evening end of September. No tin opener. Faulty cooker. And not enough toilet paper to last us for a week. And we have received very poor customer care as the owner did not come on 2 prearranged occasions.
