Our lodging Marie-Lou is located in a small individual house renovated very recently. Located in La Roche Noire, a charming little village overlooking the Allier river for a hundred meters, it enjoys breathtaking views of the Puy de Dôme, the Chaine des Puys and the Sancy mountains.
It offers an enclosed courtyard, a panoramic glass terrace above an open shelter, 5 places distributed over two bedrooms upstairs, a 140 bed, one in 90, and two bunk beds in 90. Two additional places are possible in the convertible sofa in the living room.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped fitted kitchen is completed by a dining area and a living room. A bathroom and a washing machine complete the equipment.
Rate :
In high season, July-August, 380 € per week or 700 € fortnight
In low season, from November to April outside school holidays, € 300 per week, heating included.
In mid season and during school holidays, September-October then May-June, € 300 per week, heating included.
It is possible to rent for only two, or several days, except in high season, at the rate of:
60 € day, 75 € day if weekend and public holiday
Possible sleeping accommodation: 10 € per bed
If you do not wish to do the final cleaning, we will ask you 30 € more.
The cottage is non-smoking, but our animal friends are accepted with a supplement of € 30.
A deposit check of 200 € is required, as well as a 25% deposit to make the reservation final. We want you to have insurance, a certificate will be welcome.
These prices include heating, in addition to the tourist tax of 4% to be paid.
