The 2000 sq. m. garden is completely fenced, with a large lawn hosting the beautiful enclosed, panoramic swimming pool (accessible via a disabled-friendly path), measuring 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.2 m, an outdoor shower and an area for dogs. The stone-paved bathing area boasts modern furniture, a gazebo, beach umbrellas and sunbeds. The farmhouse is divided in six apartments and is furnished in classic rustic Tuscan style, with typical country house elements which create an intimate, calm atmosphere. The house is on two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads to three apartments, each with a living room with satellite TV, a dining room and a cooking corner with outdoor access. On this floor guests will also find three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds, four bathrooms with shower, and two bathrooms that are disabled-friendly, as well as a washing room with washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board, and small bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 apartments, 2 of which are composed of: living room with satellite TV, dining and cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 2 bathrooms with shower; 1 apartment is composed of dining and cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
