Positive: Comfortable and modern apartment, lots of room and two bathrooms was a bonus. Not in a touristy part of town, which was good for us, and plenty of amenities nearby.
Negative: Host assumed we were after an escape room experience rather than a room for the night. It took us two hours from arriving on the street to getting in the door, including waiting for the keybox code, being sent the building number rather than the apartment number, and the host suddenly going offline and stopping all response to messages. We had even read the reviews here relating similar experiences and had asked the host in advance to be very specific with access instructions. This was ignored. To be clear: when you book this apartment, you will be sent a variety of pictures and cryptic responses to questions rather than an actual address. We had to guess which one the apartment was by dint of trying our keys in the locks of other apartments. Once we were in the door the apartment was fine, notwithstanding complete lack of wifi and also no linen left out for the sofa bed, despite a specific request.
