Positive: We liked the silence (if you don't have neighbours upstairs), that it is close to the beach(400 metres), close to the pool but not to close to hear the people/kids bathing, the outside space, the parking space, the cleanliness, the centralised AC. You can just fit a baby cot in the master bedroom (you have to bring your own).
Negative: Master bedroom mattress a bit hard, the wardrobes lack some shelfs and drawers.
Summary: Great place for holiday.
