Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The space is visually appealing and has a modern, aesthetic design that makes a good first impression. The host was communicative and clearly made an effort to be helpful throughout the stay. I especially appreciated that he assisted with receiving a package I had sent to the address without prior notice, that was very accommodating of him. In general, while there are areas that could be improved, the host showed genuine effort and willingness to make the stay as smooth as possible.

Negative: There were a few inconveniences that affected the overall experience. Some of the amenities felt lower in quality than expected: - additional charge for AC was not ideal. - The bed was slightly unstable and would tilt when sitting on it. - There was also some inconvenience with the laundry, as the washer and dryer were occupied and my mother had to move items in order to use them. - The bathroom door was not aligned when pulled/slid to close so there was a gap that can be viewed by others in the room These were relatively small issues on their own but added up over the course of the stay.
