Our luxury condo has an envious “million dollar” view of the bay, the private fishing pier, the marina and the beautiful pool area. This is a recently remodeled OVERSIZED unit with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floors. We have a very large screened in lanai with full screens and upgraded sliding glass; and, our elevated waterfront location assures that nothing will block your million dollar view! The sunsets will amaze you! Plus; there is lanai access right off the master bedroom for you to enjoy! This is a great place to come to just to relax, but if you like activity, then without getting in your car and leaving the complex you can enjoy the large recreation room, heated pool, sandy beach, tennis, shuffle board, marina, fishing pier, shelling, plus bird and dolphin watching.
Nearby you will find many excellent restaurants of all types and settings, including an Private gated beach access for Sea Isle residents. World class shopping and dining in adjacent Naples is only minutes away. Summary: We spent 5 weeks at this property and loved it so much we have booked for next year already! Very comfortable, with great location across street from the beach. Great pool area, and enjoyed the huge lanai every evening! Owner was very responsive and great to work with!
