Positive: This is a small two story, two bed, two bath, kitchen, dinning room and living room house. The two bedrooms come with their own private balcony. The place was clean and quiet and made my days staycationing feel great. It was in a quiet neighborhood with clean faculties and the host was awesome. She was very kind and helpful and was very quick in addressing any concerns I might have. Her communication and care help make my stay at MNP home stress-free. She was also very generous in treating us to fruit and she delivered the most unforgettable bowl of beef noodles. She later told me her husband made the noodles from his shop. MNP home is also fairly close to Night Bazaar and Central Chiang Rai. Seven minutes walk to the closest laundry mat with dryer and 7-eleven and many restaurants. Highly recommend MNP home for anyone looking for a clean, quiet home in Chiang Rai.
Negative: I didn't like how sometimes the Bolt app couldn't find MNP home as a location. It would only pick up JP Mansion, the place next door. It was more of an inconvenience.
