The studio is quiet and sunny with hiking and snowshoeing areas right on the doorstep and central.
Lake Zurich can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Walensee in 20 minutes by car and the ski area in 15 minutes by car, a small ski area is located directly above our village.
Our house is only 5 minutes walking distance to shops, café, bank, post office and bus stops.
It is great for hiking, biking, swimming, snowshoeing, skiing, cross-country skiing and simply relaxing and enjoying :-)

Studio is located on the first floor on the south side and is quiet and has door opener / intercom.
The whole building is smoke free and pets are not allowed.

The studio has a coffee machine, satellite TV / radio, DVD / CD player and free WLAN / WIFI.
A small safe is built in and can be used.
A hair dryer is available.

The terrace on the second floor is ideal for enjoying the morning sun on the deck chairs and having breakfast at the table.
Bicycles, snowshoes, skis and accessories can be rented from us.
Batteries of electric bicycles can be charged.

My family and I live in the same building, a few floors higher. I work in the shop on the ground floor and can be reached easily.
The outdoor playground on the ground floor can be shared.
Gommiswald is on the sunny side. It is ideal for walking, hiking and biking and snowshoeing in winter. In the village there is a summer outdoor pool and a tennis court and various shops, a little above there is a small ski lift. In the Linth Plain (Uznach-Benken) you can go cycling and inline skating or swimming in the Linth river, Lake Zurich or Walensee. Rapperswil, Lachen and Weesen invite you to stroll along the lake. Zurich, St. Gallen and Lucerne can be reached within an hour.
The Alpamare in Pfäffikon SZ, the children's zoo in Rapperswil and the Atzmännig amusement park are just a stone's throw away from here. It is also very close to the hiking and ski areas of Flumserberge, Wildhaus, Hoch-Ybrig and Sattel-Hochstuckli.
It is only 400m to the bus stop "Gommiswald, Gauenhof", which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot and the bus runs every 30 minutes to Uznach train station, from where there is a direct connection to Toggenburg / St. Gallen, direction Glarnerland / Chur and to Rapperswil / Zurich.
In the basement of our building you can park in the underground garage for CHF 5.- per night.
