Our condo is completely renovated, has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated modern bathrooms, marble flooring, new furniture and appliances. Enjoy the crisp, sunny atmosphere of this beachfront retreat. Located in a very friendly small gated community on the beautiful Hutchinson Island with clear beaches and relaxed old Florida lifestyle. There are a few very charming restaurants on the island and more in reasonable driving distance. Guest access to ocean beach, heated pool, pool house, gym, plenty of parking space.
