Negative: The room is under the roof, you can only stand in the middle of the room, we constantly hit our heads against the ceiling. There is no heating in the room or in the bathroom. It is cool. The sewage smells, but you can't close the toilet door, it is broken. The toilet seat is broken. Warm water appeared after 5 minutes of flushing. The blanket is so thin that it is suitable for a hot summer night, but not for spring. Fortunately, there is an extra blanket in the closet. Parking is available on the street, if you can find a place. The price-quality ratio is not good. Not recommend.
