Summary: Lovely room , clean and spacious however staff were mean and the way they speak to us were poor. We had to checkout at 10am , we end up checking out 10:15 and received multiple calls from staff speaking very rude. I don’t think 15 minute makes a huge difference however she made a big deal out of it and we didn’t like it to be honest.
