Positive: Fantastic property, very comfortable, perfect location, well equipped, items such as milk, soap, teabags, washing up liquid etc were provided, good parking, amazing views. The customer support was great, we had problems getting the code for the key box due to the clocks going forward but they sorted it straight away, and brought us new batteries for the TV remote within half an hour!
Negative: The only thing that would make the apartment perfect would be a wardrobe or set of drawers in the twin bedroom, as there is nowhere to store clothing.
Summary: Brilliant base to explore Scotland, lovely, clean and comfortable!
