All floors were recently replaced with tiles, there's no more carpet in this apartment. Parking right outside the unit. Jupiter Beach is a 5 min walk or a quick drive around the corner. Located on beautiful Carlin Park which is a walking park and across from Jupiter Beach. Pool just steps from the unit. Many area amenities. Yacht club across the street, on-site restaurants, the brand new Harbourside open-air restaurants, and stores are within walking distance.
The condo is upgraded with new furniture, newer kitchen, and new baths. Includes free high-speed WiFi and TV in both rooms. Across from the pool, a short distance to the beach
You will have an access to bedroom, 2 baths, living room, patio, and kitchen. A hot tub and tennis courts are part of the amenities.
A rental agreement and HOA application must be completed and signed prior to move-in. By making a reservation you agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association. Cash in the amount of $25 needs to be brought on day of arrival to office for parking permit pass.
There is a restriction on pets the size of which don't exceed 20 pounds.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to Dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
At the present moment, we are offering a special price due to the disturbance that can be caused by the exterior work that is being done on the building.
