Resort-lifestyle vacation luxury condo, with elevated lake and golf views from the second floor balcony. Please note this condo does not have an elevator. This villa style condo has been professionally decorated from "top-to-toe", including new floors and a new kitchen. New low VOC plank tile throughout, no carpet. Extremely private and secure unit, given its upstairs location.
Greenlinks is located adjacent to the Lely Golf club, making for easy walking access to the driving range to hit a few balls, or the restaurant for dinner on the patio overlooking the golf course. Greenlinks resort style amenities boast a beautiful landscaped pool and spa area, grill area, clubhouse with fitness room, shuffleboard, bocce, tennis and pickleball.

- The condo sits alongside 2 onsite 18 hole Championship courses. My guests enjoy preferential Tee times as well as discounted golf rates all year round. Guests can book tee times through the Greenlinks reception.
- The Flamingo Island, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., and Mustang Golf Course, designed by PGA's Lee Trevino. Both courses have been recognized in Golf World's 2009 'Reader's Choice' Awards and each earned 'Top 50 Resort Course' listing. 2019 PGA Tour Championships Chubb Classic was Played at Lely Resort.
- Golf carts come standard with Par View GPS, providing accurate information from tee to the pin, hole diagrams and tips and other useful information.
- The Lely clubhouse features a pro shop, lounge and restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus men's and ladies' locker rooms with showers.

With the largest floor-plan and 9ft high ceilings, the villa is a 1450 SQ ft spacious condo, accommodating up to 6 guests. The villa has two luxurious masters-ensuites and a 3rd bedroom as well. The king master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed with a new luxury mattress, walk in closet, and a spacious en suite with an oversized shower, soaker tub and 2 sinks. The guest master- ensuite bedroom, has two new comfy twin beds with access to the second bathroom with a large glass shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
