New cozy studio very well arranged with all the necessary comfort for your stay. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, public transport, train station, schools, Marques Avenue. Small place nearby with free parking. You will be welcomed whatever your country of origin, the owners including French, English, German, Portuguese.
The studio is located on the ground floor, in a very quiet pedestrian street (former Way of the Cross). No access for people with reduced mobility.
The studio is equipped with a sliding double bed under the platform supporting the dining / kitchen area; in closed position it becomes a sofa overlooking the TV.
