Summary: Our family of 5 just returned from our stay at Sugar Magnolia and really enjoyed our time there. The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The host was very attentive to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The shed was filled with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, 4 beach cruiser bikes and a bike trailer for our 5 year old daughter. The location was great with only a short 10-15 minute bike ride to the restaurants and shops in Alys and Rosemary beaches to the east and to the west about 10 minutes, there is a really cool outdoor mall with restaurants called The Chill that is a great place to get food and hang out. It was just a short walk across the street from the house to the boardwalk that leads to a beautiful private beach. We definitely would recommend this property and are already trying to plan a trip back.
