THE SPACE
Upon entry to the preferred unit door, you are welcomed into the Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, knife set, plates, bowls, kitchenware, silverware, and more). Within the kitchen is an enclosed in-unit washer/dryer. Behind the kitchen, is the first full bathroom. Next to the bathroom is the first bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin size bed.
If you walk out of this area, through the kitchen, you'll be welcomed to the spacious living room with a double daybed and large couch. It's perfect for seating a large group. If you open the exterior door from the living room, you will be welcomed by the private patio with comfy seating.
If you walk through the living room, you are welcome to two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is called "South of Southern," which is historically a Latina neighborhood, but is undergoing dramatic change as West Palm continues to grow.
It is walking distance to the Zoo and Dreher Park. Unlike the Northside of West Palm Beach, South of Southern is a safe neighborhood.

Summary: Good size apartment for our team. It was in an easily accessible location & a short walk to Publix. We were in town for work and needed a comfortable spot. Really enjoyed connecting with Ian - he was super communicative & helpful. We would definitely stay again when back in town.
