Master bedroom downstairs with California king bed. Kids' bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds and room for another child with the twin mattress on top of the playhouse. 2 full baths plus an outdoor shower. Master bath with newly renovated walk-in shower. Washer and dryer downstairs. 1 car garage with keypad entry garage doors. Walk upstairs to a spacious & open concept living room and kitchen. Kitchen complete with bar + 4 bar chairs, oven, stove, microwave and spacious refrigerator. 2nd full bath upstairs. Large playroom that doubles as additional guest room...just roll out the giant king air mattress on stilts! Plus 2 kid sofa/mattresses that double as beds as well. Full teak dining table outside on deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Large, spacious back yard; beach access in back yard. Outdoor shower & hammock. Newly renovated deck downstairs with spacious and comfortable seating area. Out door fire pit, back porch grill, and interior fireplace. Beach chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes and sand toys... This house is the perfect family vacation home. *Please note, we do not have televisions in our home. We do have high speed internet, so please plan accordingly. :)

Summary: The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the beach, the bed is comfortable, back porch and view is excellent. It is near the Atlantic Beach Town Center and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. The whole place made us feel at ease. Jenny was a great host! Responded quickly and was accommodating to our needs/ requests. She provided a very detailed check-in and out process which benefited the stay! A wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
