Positive: The location and access to the beach were great! The pool that was working was really nice. Place has potential.....needs some TLC.
Negative: The door to room 312 does not lock. The code is useless because there is no way for the lock to actually work. The door does not latch at all. We came back to our room several times to find the door pushed open by the wind. There are a few small things inside the room that could be addressed, the mirror in the bathroom needs to be hung up, carpet in the bedroom looks dingy, the base boards are not tacked down, and there is no ceiling light in the bedroom, there needs to be a blind in the bedroom because it is so bright from the outside lights at night.
