Summary: The house was perfect for our family of 5, with three upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs bedroom, as well as a bathroom on each floor. Each bedroom had an AC unit, ceiling fan, and windows with screens to allow fresh air and ocean sounds, so everyone could choose their own preference and be comfortable. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was private and comfortable, and has direct access to a beach that was pretty much private the entire time! While the house and beach were private, it was also in an awesome area close to the Rincon town square where we attended the Art Walk on Thursday, the farmers market on Sunday, and the local Rincon Pelícanos baseball game. Lots of restaurants, food trucks, and a grocery store within a ten minute drive.
