Summary: The apartment itself was amazing. Plenty of room with an unbelievable view and wrap around outdoor patio. As others noted, the main issue is the elevator (yes, 1 elevator) getting to the apartment. If you visit at a peak time like we did, you can spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. The check-in process was also a bit chaotic since they didn’t have my reservation in the system which created confusion. Others had a similar experience. However, the apartment itself more than made up for the small challenges.
