Positive: It was close to the beach. It had adequate bedrooms and bathrooms.

Negative: Dirty windows and screens Dust on surfaces, corners, under couches Washer/dryer in back closet in downstairs bedroom(not easily accessible) Dishwasher didn’t work properly, pod didn’t dissolve, dishes and silverware greasy, had to remove them all and wash in the sink. Clutter around outside, weeds, dirty outdoor furniture. Dog at neighbors came over and frightened mine and jumped on the deck furniture. Last evening another dog but it stayed on own property.

Summary: We were disappointed, especially for the price. Facility is not at all like the pictures show.
