Two additional swivel chairs offer optimal Western views of the tree canopy as well as the Amelia River Whether you are enjoying the sun set over the backwater marshes on the intracoastal from one side, or you are rising to the sunrise coming up over the gorgeous Atlantic horizon, this luxury penthouse allows you to truly experience the beauty of Amelia Island like no other. Sliding glass doors provide access to the private balcony with seating for four and facing the white sand beach of Amelia Island. Expansive ocean and beachfront views can be seen from this private baloney!
The updated gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with meal preparation essentials. From the stunning marble countertops to the sparkling tile backsplash no detail has been overlooked! There is even a second sink, perfect for handwashing or bar area use. The adjoining dining area provides seating for four in addition to the four bar stool seats and offers more breath-taking ocean views. A powder room is conveniently located just off of this great room as well.
The peaceful color palette reflecting both sand and sea is carried through to the bedrooms which are located on the entry level. Going back down the stairs to the main level, both suites provide access to the oceanfront private balcony with lounge seating. The serene Master suite features a king bed with upholstered headboard, a flat screen smart TV, and plenty of dresser and closet space. The totally remodeled full bathroom includes an oval soaking tub, a tiled walk-in shower and a quartz topped double vanity.
