This spectacular new property sits ocean front with breathtaking, panoramic views from almost every room. Enjoy four floors of living space unrivaled at Higgins Beach as well as 4000 square feet of oceanfront green space.
Property also boasts a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and three gathering areas. This stunning home will be perfect for large or multi-families looking to vacation together. Guests must provide own linens (sheets/blankets and towels).
Full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) during peak summer season, shorter stays of three night minimums offered during the off season.
Please inquire for earlier and later dates as well as rates. Also note, Guests need to bring sheets & towels. Bed coverings and pillows will be provided.

Summary: This was our second time at family tides and we hope to return again! The home is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were traveling with several families with young kids and everyone had their own space when needed while the living area is also large enough to accommodate a big group.
