Positive: We didnt actually stay in 814 due to some building works. The Managing Agent Dayron was superb and sorted things out for us. He checked in frequently. The apartment was very well appointed, imaculatley clean and very comfortable.
Negative: Not being able to charge things to the room number
Summary: W Residences are fabulous - great pool and beach area
