Summary: I am so thrilled we booked two days here. I was not certain about it but it is such a beautiful location. The “newish” owners are so kind and welcoming. Armando, the everything guy, was our favorite CR person! He was so kind and helped with my rudimentary Spanish. My kids loved it here as well. It is not luxury, so if that is what you are looking for, this is not your place. If a great value and beautiful location and good food is what you are looking for, I highly recommend. Cabin was clean and the fan kept it cool enough. Food was delicious. Pool is small but kids jumped in to cool off after a day of rafting on the Pacuare River. Exploring the massive property was a fun way to explore CR. We even saw a beautiful rainbow over the valley. Road to get there is a lot bumpy, curvy and hilly but worth the drive. I would not hesitate to stay here again! We loved our time here.
