The Space:
Paperbark Place by Tiny Away is situated on a much-loved 10 acres farmland, and just a 20 minutes drive from the coastal locale of Noosa Heads. The tiny house is set between an array of Paperbark trees that provide perfect shade in the hot summer and set the tone for a magical sunset.

At Paperbark Place, unwind amidst the rustic charm of our tranquil setting, where horses graze nearby, enhancing the idyllic ambiance. With its perfect blend of natural beauty and culinary delights, Paperbark Place ensures an unforgettable escape where you can reconnect with nature and create cherished memories that last a lifetime.

Besides easing your soul at the farm, you may explore the region for beautiful scenes such as the Noosa Everglades, Point Cartwright Lighthouse, Tinbeerwah and Boreen Point.

It's a 139-square-foot tiny home with well-furnished guest rooms, wide public spaces, and comfortable seating areas. A comfortable stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities included. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and are free to move anywhere on the front five acres of the property.

Getting Around:
By car:

1. From Brisbane Airport it takes 1hr 45min (140km).
2. From Sunshine Coast Airport it takes 35min (38km).
3. From Tewantin it's 4km away.

The site is assessable by 2WD or 4WD

By public transport:

- Public transport only goes as far as Tewantin via bus and the train will take you as far as the town of Cooroy. Uber and white cabs do come out to the property but your own transport is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is not available
- Gas BBQ grill is available
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Horses graze on this property, but can be moved upon request
- Keep a safe distance from farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Please expect free-roaming animals and noise during your stay with us
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra; Weak for Optus and Vodafone; No signal for 2degrees and Spark

Important note:

- Children are not allowed due to open dams on the property
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
