The space
Located on the Reservoir & only 5 minutes away from the City Centre, this amazing Character House is situated perfectly within a peaceful haven of Birmingham. The house is renovated to a high standard, keeping in touch with its Victorian heritage. These including a modern up-kept living area and a large kitchen to ooze any guests. Wind down with all the essentials you'd need for a perfect night in, cutlery alongside all kitchen essentials are provided if you'd like to enjoy a beautiful home cooked meal.
Set away from the main street and boasting one of the best views in Birmingham throughout the house, sure makes you feel far afield, yet still located in the heart of the city. Get some work done at the workspace provided, or enjoy the backyard within the haven. The property also has direct access to the Reservoir!
Kitchen - Fully equipped with a fridge, cutlery, hob, dishwasher and microwave.
Entertainment - High speed internet is provided through the property via WIFI, large flat screen TV is also provided for guest usage.
Amenities - Fresh towels and Linen are provided for guest stays, including toiletries for guest usage
Free parking can also be found outside the property.
