Positive: Excellent location - most attractions only a 20 minute drive away. We spent a lot of time at Green Lake which was only a 15 minute drive away. Lovely, new house with all necessary amenities. Excellent washing machine and tumble drier. Huge range cooker. All rooms had air conditioning. And there were plenty of board games which the kids got excited by - great for us parents in the evening after tiring days out!
Negative: There were a few small things such as a towel rail coming loose, but the were very quickly resolved while we were out the next day. Staff at Betterstay were brilliant and responsive.
