The living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and a bar with additional seating. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. This home is not pet friendly and does not allow smoking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
