Summary: The carpet needs to be replaced. It is badly stained. No DVD player as stated in the listing. The tile in the master bath has either paint or caulking on it. Baseboards needs cleaning. Ledges need dusting (ex. the ledge above the shelf in the master bath was covered in dust. The ceiling fan on the lanai needs cleaning. One of the headboards in the guest bedroom fell off the wall & hit my sister in the head as she laid down the first night of our stay. The cable TV stopped working in the living room half-way thru our stay. Loggerhead Cay is a beautiful location & has many great qualities ... but this particular condo is in dire need of renovation.
