In total, there are 3 separate private locking units (7 Bedrooms 4 Full Baths in total). The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main house has a 55 inch TV per bedroom, full surround sound entertainment unit in the living room with 75 inch TV, and 43 inch tv in the oversized modernized kitchen. The kitchen offers a 36 inch 6 burner Natural Gas stove and over, 32 inch 4 door refrigerator (ice and water dispenser in door), Dishwasher, Microwave, Deep Freezer, Wine Cooler, Coffee and Espresso maker, Blender, Juicer, food processor, and Electric Kettle. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled and modernized as well. The Main house has its own Front Load washer and dryer (steam capable).
Free parking for 5 vehicles. As well as free unlimited street parking.
Both 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Bungalow has been remodeled as well. Both offering its own full sized kitchens, with 30 inch stoves, 30 inch refrigerators with Ice Makers, sink disposals, Microwaves, blenders, espresso and coffee makers as well.
The outdoor has not only 1 outdoor kitchen, but and additional 2 grilling areas with seating for either meeting areas, or separate lounge areas. One is located at/in the pool swim-up bar, now thats just awesome!
The pool, is a 27ft x 15ft heated tropical lagoon. From depths of 3ft to 6ft. The entire property is engulfed with lush tropical foliage, flowers, and vines. Giving the best South Florida ambience possible!

This is a quiet zoned property. No Parties. Outdoor activities must end at 10pm. Pool is closed from 10pm to 7am.
Outdoor noise activity must end prior to 10:00pm everyday.
Portable speakers at the pool area must be kept at listening levels only. (Strictly enforced, City Ordinance enforces outdoor music at 10pm sharp)

Summary: I went with a group of 12 of my friends. There was plenty of room, a great location and plenty of space for everyone. Would highly suggest this spot for large groups who want to be close to downtown
