From the moment you arrive at this spacious two bedroom home, you’ll feel the serenity that life on the waterfront has to offer.
You'll enjoy the shaded breeze under the house, and experience all of the activities and sights Pensacola has to offer. While at the house, you will enjoy the peaceful serenity of what will feel like a private oasis, when in reality you are just minutes away from everything. We have a brand new beautiful dock, newly constructed after hurricane Sally!
The space
Enter into the soaring 16’ ceilings and open concept layout. Nearly every room in the house offers a stunning view of the Escambia Bay, and upscale design. You’ll want to spend time enjoying the view, or relaxing in front of the fireplace, or both! Enjoy making meals in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of storage; not to mention a gas grille on the lower level.
The master bedroom offers amazing water views, a spacious walk-in closet, dressing area, and bathtub/shower. The guest room includes a twin bed over a full-size bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. There is also a queen size fold out sofa in the main living area. Full and twin inflatable mattresses and a Pack n' Play are available for your convenience.
The bathrooms are spacious with a shower in the guest bath and a tub/shower in the master. You’ll enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer tucked away in the private laundry. It is appointed with some basic laundry supplies as well as an iron and ironing board.
You’ll enjoy the light breezes the bay winds provide while you relax in the chairs, reading, watching the water, fishing from the private dock, or taking a nap. You may also enjoy grilling some steaks or the catch of the day on the grill.
