Summary: Everything was fine except for the late check-out that I arranged the day before at the reception. Apparently the in the morning another employee at the reception was under the impression that if it was not paid there is no late checkout. Wich ended up that staff was banging at the door 3 times between 1200h and 1300h. very annoying after a late night. very unprofessional and I suspect that the cleaning lady wanted to go home early....bad experience for me, the first time, at a hotel from the Radisson.....
