Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very large and great amenities. Good resturant on site. Camil at reception and Abu Taher at Aqua, were very helpful really helped with our stay and service.

Negative: Butler service did often just redirect to concierge or reception where I felt they could have helped directly. Lot of visitors at reception but not guests of the hotel.
