Positive: A real gem! Family-run hotel (formerly owners parent's home). Exceeds its 3 star rating on many levels: wonderful breakfast with view (with eggs to order by Giuilia), high quality monogrammed sheets and pillows, complimentary beach towels for day in handsome branded bag. Notably, this was only hotel in Italy this year to offer both guests individual small toiletries - as opposed to generic big bulky pump dispensers attached to shower. Beautifully appointed room, stone walls, attractive lighting, nicely decorated common areas, charming small pool. Welcoming, helpful staff! Arbatax is great departure point for day trips up the magnificent Brunei coast-enthusiastically recommend!
