Positive: A really clean and well equipped property, also, very spacious. A real home from home experience, in a very quiet and peaceful location. It is more or less an equidistant walk to Beadnell bay/ The Landing, as it is to the Craster Arms and the Towers Hotel, which was great, considering the weather wasn't too kind for our stay. There was plenty of stuff left for our dogs... treats, food and water bowls, towels etc., which was great. The was also a nice enclosed patio area at the rear, with a table and chairs, which I'm sure would be great to enjoy during spring and summer months.

Negative: These were only minor things, but if implemented, would really enhance the property. Namely, there were no extractor fans in both bathrooms, relying on windows to clear steam/ condensation. In our opinion, the property would also benefit from some external lighting, front and rear, to help with the entrance and the egress of the property.

Summary: A great stay in a great property.
