The living room, with a view of the porch and pool, welcomes guests with two leather sofas, sat TV, dining table for 8 people, single sofa bed with a second pull-out bed, air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is also a brand-new windowed bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.Two French windows allow a view of the well-maintained garden and the large covered porch equipped with a fireplace to organise unforgettable poolside barbecues. The patio is furnished with a table for 8 people and a relaxation area with a small sofa and armchairs. Available to guests are 3 sun loungers, a very convenient outdoor shower, a private 8x4 metre pool with a hydromassage area.
