Positive: We were very pleased with the friendly staff and the complimentary apartment upgrade we received. The location was excellent and offered good views, and the WhatsApp communication service was convenient throughout our stay.

Negative: The overall standard of amenities could be improved; specifically, the kitchen lacked adequate facilities, and the commode seats are ready for replacement/renovation." The location limited convenience, as it was far enough from the city center to restrict food delivery choices.
