Very nice Boutique studio, close to the beach and lot of services, newly renovated Mid-Century Style, 1 bathroom, complete kitchen with all the pots and pan and basic groceries items, toaster, coffee maker, wifi, cable TV, A/C, hair dryer, iron and ironning board, outside BBQ, nice outside private garden with chairs and artificial grass, beach chairs, close from Oakland Blvd, very clean building with just 4 apartments, 1 private parking, walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, bars. Gated complex. Upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood, not too far from the airport (11 miles). This is a non-smoking unit. Nice and secure building with a gated terrace. Apt on the ground level

Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

Summary: Easy check-in and close walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Very clean and perfect for a solo traveler. Full kitchen with all the amenities and it had a really nice shower! I just kept the bed in the down position and there was a small loveseat for sitting. I especially like that the TV service provided live local channels!
