Positive: Beautiful apartment and the view! Perfect pool location. Very modern and well built host platform. Lot of good information and easy to use guidebook!
Negative: As my travels was with a baby who mostly lives on floor, noticed dust and old hairs from previous visitors. Cleanliness wasn't done very good, found dust all around. In kitchen missed towel for dishes and some dish rack would be good also, otherwise there is only dishwasher and no place to leave wet cutting board or tools.
Summary: Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the view over lake Como, but cleanliness wasn't at it's best.
