The gated Festival Resort is rated 5 stars and is one of the best around Walt Disney World. It has a great variety of dining and shopping that are practically at the doorstep of the community.
The Resort counts with plenty of entrainment at the Downtown Festival. It has a large heated pool with lounge chairs and a waterpark for the kids, a fitness center, a volleyball court, a general store, an ice cream parlor, an arcade, a mini-golf, a restaurant, and a bar. You will have everything that you need just a few steps from your house.
The hot water (pool) is working when the pool heating is on. There is an extra and optional service charge for the pool heater. Pool heat is offered before your arrival because it takes 24 hours to get to the right temperature. Please request it when you sign your short-term rental agreement.

Summary: When we checked in we had a few issues within the unit. When it was brought to the attention of the property manager Emily she immediately started to take care of the issues. Her efforts helped us to have an enjoyable time.This VRBO rental was very big with five bedrooms. They all had incredible comfortable beds. The living are along with the kitchen were also roomy and met are needs very nicely . The outside pool/patio area was wonderful and an area that we spend a great deal of time. The location is close to most of the parks and very close to US 27 which helped us get around traffic .If we were to come back to the area we would highly consider a return visit to this location
