Positive: The location is excellent. Right on top of the Subway station, and only a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. It is also very convenient to drive in and out of the location. It is just outside the ZTL. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in the two bedrooms suite, which were actually 3 bedrooms and had 3 bathrooms. There were 2 fridges to store cool drinks. The parking place next to the building was very convenient.
Negative: One of the bedrooms had large windows and thin curtains, so it was hard to cool as that airco unit did not run very well.
Summary: Fantastic place to stay and explore Rome, by foor or subway.
