Summary: When i arrived the member of staff was welcoming but room was very basic but £85 i expect to be better then this the room needed decorating badly ripped wallpaper lumps in the wall carpet needed changing shower worked well but the decor needs upgrading as much im not in the room much should have the basics done so it looks inviting and comfortable and its at a prime location in Royal Tunbridge wells
