Summary: Most staffs were friendly and helpful. Excepted one who we asked for the Korean facial thing and he asked why we didn't get it during check in like we tried to lie for it. Otherwise staffs even helped to bring our luggage up and down the stairs which they already have a notice that customer needs to do it themselves. Dinner/Breakfast took quite sometime as dinner was arranged course after course with really fancy dish arrangements. Breakfast has no meat and self serve sabu-sabu. Both meals were done in a enclosed room which I did not quite like but it was my personal preference. Train station pick up / drop off arrangement were excellent; really like the help of the drivers on our luggage.
