Positive: Our family of 8, ranging from ages 71 to 10, stayed in this home for 8 days and loved the amount of space it offered. There is a huge open area on the upper level in what I called the common space. This area holds the primary kitchen, primary dining room, and primary living room. The ocean view was AMAZING! The morning light reflected on the ocean, and it was such a great welcoming area to gather. Upstairs has the main primary bedroom, with its private bathroom, and walk-in closet. There is a queen bedroom with ensuite, which is an average size bedroom; and another queen bedroom which is smaller that has no private bathroom. There is a bathroom just a few steps outside of that bedroom door though. Downstairs there is also three bedrooms with two sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom, one bedroom has a king and is a spacious size, the other a queen and average sized. The final bedroom does not have a private bathroom, and the common bathroom is a distance away. There are TVs in the common upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs is where the teenagers hung out watching movies. The primary bedrooms had TVs. The house can be 2 separate rental units as there is a door at the end of the stairs and a door at the hallway to downstairs area with a foyer entry. Overall, everyone spent happy days playing on the beach, and in the ocean. Lots of space, beautiful views
Negative: Dishes had been put away dirty, for example, a crockpot still had tomato sauce lining the interior, and utensils had leftover food. I know I'm a cleanaholic compared to the general population. The upstairs dryer didn't work the entire stay, foiling the plan to stay on top of laundry. This was a minor issue really.
Summary: We all agreed that we would be more than happy to come back!
