Our beach house is located on the most southern tip of the island Cebu.
The house provide in 3 aircon bedrooms 3 master beds and 2 single beds for 8 people, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, water dispender, living room with sat-TV, fast wifi, large ocean terrasse.
We provide airport transfers to Mactan airport Cebu city / Dumaguete airport.
In the house we provide informations about whale watching, canyoneering, trips to waterfalls, ferry/bus informations, etcetera.
We can help to organise a scooter for our guests.

Summary: Just left the Santander Beach House 3 days ago and we didn’t want to leave. My family of 8 stayed at this Beach house and were very well pleased with the accommodations and quick response from both owner and caretakers. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place. It was very relaxing and better than expected. Our only regret is not having the time to stay longer. The beach itself in front of the house may not be ideal for little children who are intended to be left unattended as it is very rocky. We had 2 teenagers so it wasn’t a problem and they had a blast snorkeling as the coral reef and dive spots were directly in front of the house. The house has 2 master suites on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and two twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioners that worked very well, a washing machine and a well stocked water dispenser in the full kitchen. The internet as expected in the Philippines was slow, but they provided it. We were very impressed with the build and location of this beach house. I specially love the tiles in the bathrooms and mahogany floors and the beautiful front porch with an amazing view of the beach and island across it. The sister of the owner is the caretaker and she was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. All 8 of us were very happy with our stay here. Hoping to come back again soon. Thank you for helping make our vacation to the Philippines memorable.
