Summary: We had an overall pleasant stay, and the breakfast was satisfactory with a reasonable selection. However, there were a few details that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. For example, lactose-free milk was not readily available at breakfast, so we had to ask the staff for it each time. It would be more convenient if it were available together with the other milk options. The entrance area of our room could also have been cleaner, and the room lighting was quite dim with no option to adjust the brightness. The hairdryer only had a warm setting, without a cool-air option. We also would have appreciated having bottled water available to purchase at the bar or conveniently available in the room. The staff were helpful when we asked, but having these basic things readily available would make the overall experience more convenient. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are several small areas where the hotel could improve and provide a more comfortable experience for guests.
