Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balcony with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Summary: This property was AMAZING! The unit was huge and was fully stocked with toiletries, towels, and even a coffee bar! The check-in process was very smooth and Sharon was extremely attentive when I messaged her. The location was perfect for going to the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. We will definitely look to book at one of Sharon’s properties for our spring trip next year!
